As mentioned on the index, this is a large, unordered list of media I have or do consume, which I think to have influence P37254 in some meaningful way.
My main reason behind making a big list of shit like this is for the artists and writers that'll come after me. I've always wondered where the "good" creators take their inspiration from, so I'd thought to at least try and show what made me inspired. If anyone listed here or who worked on them is reading this, thank you, deeply so.
Undertale
It was a huge inspiration for a lot of things in P37254, particularly first game, and specially AUs and stuff (XTale?).
SIGNALIS
I have yet to finish SIGNALIS, but the little I've played was so absurdly impactful to me that not including it would be a disservice to both the game and P37254.
Hollow Knight
I FUCKING LOVE HK. Grimm is my favourite.
Fallout: New Vegas
WAKFU
It's been so long since I've last watched it, but I recall I found it really cool.
Mau Makan Apa?
Crazy animation! This is inspiring as fuck to me. Seriously.
Bleating Heart
Again, literally THE cause of BH-P37254. I love it, the art and the character especially (though, at the time of writing (25072025), I haven't signed up to the patreon yet. I'm sure that'd make me go CRAZY over this feggin' comic).
Murder Drones
I'd say this and SIGNALIS were what made me want to include gritty facilities and shit. I also wanted to make some crossover thingy like I did with BH but eh. Maybe later.
Lackadaisy
Like the two above, Lackadaisy was INCREDIBLY influential in the route I'm taking with this project as of late. I seriously love this comic and animated series.
Will Wood
His music is absurdly captivating to me. Like, from what I recall, I've known Will's work for about 4 years now (from here, actually!), and yet it still manages to make me giddy all this time later. 'White Knuckle Jerk' was specially important for Devon.
Five Nights At Freddy's
Pfft. Honestly? This is probably where it all started. Like, really. This was the catalyst for all of this! FNAF, of all things! Yeah!!!!
Night Mind
The horror stuff is really inspiring to me. Kinda makes me want to do some myself.
Nexpo
Same as Night Mind. Seriously, these two are so cool.
Sagan Hawkes
Same as Nexpo. Seriously, these three are so cool. The BASILISK 2000 video is my favourite.
RetroGamingNow
Like the four above, RGN is part of why I really love analog horror and such. Genuinely, I love you guys.
MARE IGNIS
Really just here for the VHS(?) aesthetic. Also SPACE!
MallBat
I like MallBat. She's the one who inspired my lazy ass to actually do 3D stuff instead of just killing time like a total jackass. Thanks MallBat.
bentl
It's multimedia work is absolutely amazing. NEED MORE LESBIAN DOGWOOD

TAEETIME
Oooh, this one's so lovely. The artstyle and the music, plus the visual effects? Argh, so nice.
Pafbar
Along with BH, this is also a big inspiration for me to focus more on the relations between everyone in P37254.
Azeal
Again, her coverage is super duper important. She's one of my main drives and references to cover serious topics.
Rat
Their content genuinely makes me tear up some times. It is that good.
Terenry
I remember first watching her stuff some 3~4 years ago. I felt some pretty visceral shit afterwards, and I liked it so bad I almost renamed Seth 'Vernice' because of one specific animation. Yeah, those were crazy times, haha.
Anyway, I think her work mainly led me to add more psychological stuff and symbology. Yeah, really!
Wertpol
You, sir, are a legend. Your games deserve to be remembered by all. By all.
Coraline
I recall watching this movie several times when I was younger, at least once a year. I'm pretty sure it was at least partly responsible for how P37254 is kind-of an escapist fantasy.
Victoria II & Other Paradox games
Around 3 years ago, a dear friend of mine showed be this daint little game called Victoria II, which unknowingly to us, would kickstart my life-long love for world history and vintage shit. This single event has sent both me and P37254 on a totally different path.
Coraline (2009)
This movie was my childhood. I must've watched it dozens of times, and I keep finding parts of it's universe bleeding into P37254. That's how much I love this movie.
There are way more minor ones, but I'm unsure about listing them here, as I have either forgotten about them, or they've been removed.
